Pet owners who are unsure if the product they purchased is included in the recall, or who would like replacement product or a refund, may contact the Pet Food Information Center at 1-888-965-6131, Sunday through Saturday, 8 a.m.– 6 p.m. EST. Consumers also may visit for additional information.

My Suggestion -
If you suspect that your pet has become sick due a pet food product:
1) See your veterinarian first
2) Contact the FDA to report the adverse event.
3) Contact your State Department of Agriculture
4) Contact the  Pet Food Manufacturer
5) Save the pet food and packaging as the FDA and State Department of Agriculture investigators may ask for it. Make sure you wash your hands well if you are touching the food. Make sure your pets cannot get to it.

Many adverse pet food events go unreported, causing contaminated foods to stay on store shelves longer than they should.
